Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a marketing specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of InspiringApps' marketing strategy for the ultimate goal of boosting sales and attracting qualified candidates to our team. Reports to the Director of Marketing.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities: • Participating in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans • Writing clear and effective marketing content for appropriate mediums • Assisting in the content editing & proofreading process • Assisting with IA Brand and client social media strategies • Marketing analysis & research • Assisting in email marketing • Assisting in event coordination • Monitoring notable marketing/social KPIs & initiate improvements • Helping to ideate & create as our marketing opportunities continue to expand

Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and best practices, digital communications, and social media strategies
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail that makes you an excellent copy editor
Experience working with a CRM (especially HubSpot)
Tons of ideas to contribute to exciting growth happening in marketing & sales
Experience managing email marketing campaigns, workflows, etc.
Experience managing social media accounts and/or ad campaigns
Some knowledge of our services, competition, and a basic understanding of market trends
An eye for design and are goal-oriented & self-starting
